Design and develop
Work across the research, user experience, application and system layers; capture architecture decisions and build artifacts with explicit scope.
SIDE is XERXES SI’s standards-first development and creation environment. It is where XERXES SI develops, tests, integrates and packages systems—not simply another chat window, coding assistant or collection of prompts.
SIDE places authority, security, accessibility, preservation, verification and packaging into the development process itself. These are not decorations added after a prototype happens to work.
Work across the research, user experience, application and system layers; capture architecture decisions and build artifacts with explicit scope.
Preserve tests, provenance, revisions and audit-ready release evidence. A working demo becomes a reproducible system only when it can be examined and rebuilt.
Use established tools, open interfaces, agent harnesses and isolated runtimes where they add value. Replace a dependency when evidence demands it.
A development agent can work in SIDE without inheriting authority over the host. XMAN reviews the request; Clawsolator supplies isolation and a controlled execution boundary.
Define a requirement, hypothesis, target behavior, tests and permissible tools.
Design, generate, revise, compile or experiment inside a documented development workflow.
Review resource limits, agent identity, access requests and any required operator approval.
Execute in a bounded rootless container or backend-defined sandbox; verify actual permissions.
Compare correctness, security and resource use; preserve evidence, release manifests and accepted improvements.
This is a proposed cross-product integration workflow; it does not imply that every component is already fully connected in production.
The developing Synthetic Intelligence architecture and Brain Design Studio are central to the XERXES SI research program. SIDE provides the broader system-creation environment.

Development agents use revision-controlled tools and reproducible tests to design interfaces, agents and systems.
Resource requests are evaluated outside the model; approved work runs in bounded labs with verified limitations.
Outputs, failures, source versions and deployment permissions are checked before promoting changes.
This is an integration architecture and development objective, not a claim that every depicted pipeline is currently production-automated.
SIDE—the Synthetic Intelligence Development Environment—is a XERXES SI development workspace for designing, testing and improving systems. In the broader architecture, agents can help with development work while Clawsolator governs runtime permissions and isolation.
SIDE is where a team or development agent defines and tests work. Clawsolator supplies the independent execution controls for approved containers, tools and resource requests. The products have distinct responsibilities and can complement each other.
No. The intended development platform is broader than any single agent harness, and OpenClaw may be replaced or augmented as needs change.
